1. Booking Procedure
A provisional booking may be made and held for 14 days
before a deposit is required. The deposit required is
€1,500.00.
This deposit is non returnable in the event of a cancellation.
2. Food & Beverage
When choosing a menu from the menu selector system it
should be noted that 5 courses (inc. tea &coffee)
must be selected.
Where a choice is required an additional
charge of €1.50 per starter & €3.00 per
main course on more expensive option applies. The maximum
number of choices per course is 2.
Prices are based on the meal being served
before 6.15pm and may be subject to a 10% increase per
annum. No beverage of any kind will be permitted to
be brought into the hotel by any patron, guest or invitee
without special permission of the hotel and the hotel
reserves the right to make a charge same.
There is a corkage fee of €10.00
per bottle of wine. There is also a corkage fee of €14.00
per bottle of Champagne. All prices quoted are subject
to Annual Review.
3.Number Policy
For Wedding Receptions with less than 120 guests, a
charge will apply.
Final number of guests must be submitted
to the hotel within 48 hours of your reception. This
figure is the minimum charged, increases will be charged
accordingly.
4. Bar Extension
The cost of providing a bar extension on your behalf
will be added to the final account and is costing €325.00
(this cost may vary from year to year).
5. Payment
All accounts must be settled prior to your departure
from the hotel either by cash, or credit card. We regret
that we are unable to accept personal cheques.
6. Finalising Arrangements
Please arrange an appointment with our Banqueting
Department at least 6 weeks prior to your wedding in
order to discuss and finalise all arrangements for your
wedding.
Menu arrangements must be made 4 weeks
prior to your wedding.
7. Hotel Policy
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel an event
in the following cases:
Should guests attending the event behave in any way
considered to be detrimental, offensive or contrary
to normal expected standard of behaviour.
The Hotel believes the booking might prejudice
the reputation of the hotel.
It is assumed that no exceptional noise
level will be created.
Any falsification of information will
render contract null and void.
8. Entertainment
The Hotel will not accept any responsibility for
any entertainment that has not been booked directly
with the hotel. All entertainment must provide their
own equipment and accept full responsibility for same.
